Booking Your All-Inclusive Trip

Four steps, all on WhatsApp.

Step 1: Choose a date

Open trips depart every Thursday in 2026. Private trips run on the date you choose, subject to accommodation.

Step 2: Book on WhatsApp

Message us on WhatsApp +62 811-994-1919 with the names and ages of all participants, a contact number, group size, and pick-up and drop-off locations.

Step 3: Pay

Pay a deposit of at least 50%, then the balance no later than 14 days before departure, or in full if you book within 14 days. Send the transfer receipt on WhatsApp.

Step 4: Travel

Arrive at Tambolaka Airport before 12.00 WITA, or the day before, and meet your tour leader.

The deposit is non-refundable and can't be moved to another date, but you can pass your place to someone else. Booking terms & FAQ

What's Included Questions

What is included in a Sumba trip package?
Entrance fees, drone and mirrorless documentation (unedited), the donation fee, mineral water, meals, a tour leader, twin-share hotels, pick-up on day one and drop-off at Waingapu Airport.

What is not included?
Flight tickets and personal expenses.

What does a trip cost per person?
The open trip is USD 459. A private trip for 4 participants costs USD 440 on 4D3N, USD 540 on 5D4N or USD 640 on 6D5N.

Are snacks included?
Mineral water is included throughout the trip. Bring your own snacks and supplements for the activities.

Is the documentation edited?
No. You receive the unedited drone and mirrorless files, copied to your hard disk on day three.
