Private Trip Questions

What are the options for a private trip in Sumba?
4D3N, 5D4N or 6D5N for your own group, with room upgrades such as villas at Sinar Tambolaka and a junior suite at Padadita. Upgrades at Lelewatu Sumba Resort are on request: ask for price.

How far in advance should I book?
Registration is open any time, subject to accommodation. Pay a deposit of at least 50%, then the balance no later than 14 days before departure.

Is a guide included?
Yes. Every private trip includes a tour leader, as well as drone and mirrorless documentation.

How is the price set?
Per person, by group size from 2 to 10 participants. Groups of 6–10 travel in 2 cars.

Can we travel with children or older relatives?
The open trip is for ages 10–50, and anyone outside that range can take a private trip. The route includes trekking to waterfalls, so everyone should be fit.
